The Israeli real estate developer Azrieli Group said on Sunday that it would pay 52 million pounds ($64 million) to acquire Infiniti SDC.
To achieve its rigorous sustainability criteria, Green Mountain intends to update and modernize the locations. The data center already uses only renewable energy, and it has a lot of potential in the future. It will receive a new name and be promoted as a Green Mountain destination.
For 7.6 billion Kroner ($822 million), Azrieli purchased Norway’s Green Mountain AS, which runs server farms, last year.
Danna Azrieli, who serves the role of Chairman at Azrieli, had the following to say:
Our vision is to continue developing gradually into several more international markets, and London is the ideal location from which to continue developing our data center platform.
