The orders go through stages of from being a new order, to being processed and completed. How To Manage Orders In WooCommerce
Access Orders
To access orders, log in to your WordPress admin panel and click WooCommerce.
On the orders page, all orders and their information is displayed (e.g. order number, customer name, date of purchase, order status, shipping address and purchase total) displayed in neat rows.
If you want more information about your orders, you can click on screen options at the top right corner of the screen. A panel opens, and you can choose which items you want to be displayed.

Adding A New Order

Once an order is paid, the status changes to processing. Verify order details and move it to complete. To complete an order, click the eye icon. For you to view any of the above tabs, click on their respective names in the orders tab.
Delete Order
You can delete orders if you wish. To do so, select the order via the checkboxes and click the bulk actions, select move to trash and hit the apply button.
Change Order Status
You can change the order status from the Order page. The status of the order can be;
Processing –Payment has been received, and products await dispatch.
On-Hold-Awaiting further details or payment confirmation
Completed-Order delivered and customer happy.
Navigate to Orders page, on the Bulk Actions menu, select the Order status and click Apply.
