The VERY slow support and billing service, but it’s not the main.
The main is: we received the message that our bare metal host will be switched of
…f in 15 minutes. Of course, we didn’t have enough time to do anything and host was powered off.
After this incident we had a week+ conversation with support. No sorry, no compensation. Their position that “it was the scheduled maintenance” because they had written about it somewhere in their status page that we even hand’t known about. If you want to know about their PLANNED maintenances you shoud check their updates by yourself.
Btw a half a year ago I tried to learn their prices to set up a few dozens new bare metal hosts. I wrote 3 times to their Sales using different ways but no one answered me. I tried to reach their Sales via their support because we had an account but received an answer “we can’t help you, bye”. Wow.
I’ve got some proofs about both cases.
