They did when I never subscribed, and I didn’t even know about the existence of this company. As a result, I had to cancel my debit card and present a formal complaint to my bank to avoid future scams and money refunds. Don’t trust DigitalOcean, they are a scam. Now I realized that I am not the only one who experienced this with them.
