They provide the standard 99.9% uptime guarantee and the uptime I tracked was 99.93%. Overall, their hosting is reasonably fast and reliable, but I’ve given them 4.5 rating because the uptime sometimes dips below the usual 99.9%.
The process of creating and activating my account was quite easy. They provide cPanel, WHM and Softaculous control panels. But I rated them 4.7 because finding a few details, such as their name servers, was somewhat time consuming.
